By accessing or using DevKit.tools (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service provides free, browser-based developer utilities. You may use it for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated means to overload it.

2. Generated code

Code you generate with our tools (CSS, HTML, Tailwind, etc.) is yours to use freely, with no attribution required. You are responsible for testing and for how you use it in your own projects.

3. AI assistant

The AI assistant provides automated responses that may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not professional advice. Verify important information before relying on it.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevKit.tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses third parties including Google AdSense (advertising) and the Google Gemini API (AI assistant). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
