The .ics file imports straight into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, with a reminder on every post. CSV opens in Excel or Google Sheets if you would rather work in a spreadsheet.
About the content calendar
The plan starts generated: pick a cadence and content pillars and posts are spread across the days and times that perform best for your platform. From there everything is editable, because a real schedule never survives contact with an actual week.
Your plan is saved in the browser per month, and exports as a calendar file that imports straight into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook with a reminder on every post.
How to use it
- 1Choose the platform, pillars and posts per week.
- 2A starting plan appears on the calendar grid.
- 3Click any day to add a post, or any post to edit its title, date, time, format, pillar and notes.
- 4Tick posts as published to track progress.
- 5Export as .ics for your calendar, or CSV for a spreadsheet.
Questions
Is my plan saved?
Yes, in your browser, separately for each month and platform. It survives a refresh but stays on your device.
Why an .ics file instead of a PDF?
Because a PDF can only be looked at. An .ics file imports into your actual calendar with every post as an event and a reminder, so the plan reaches you on the day.
How often should I post?
Consistency beats volume. Three well-made posts a week outperform seven rushed ones, and the calendar makes it obvious when the cadence has slipped.
