Channel Analyser
Paste any YouTube channel URL and get real subscriber, view and engagement figures from the platform, plus a plain-language read on the account's health.
Paste a YouTube channel link for real subscriber, view and engagement figures, plus a plain-language read on the account's health.
Works with any public YouTube channel. Instagram, TikTok and X do not publish account statistics without the owner authorising access, so they cannot be analysed from a link alone.
About the channel analyser
Paste a channel link and this pulls live figures straight from YouTube: subscribers, total views, average views across recent uploads, engagement rate, upload frequency, and which video performed best and worst.
It works because YouTube publishes channel statistics through an official API that needs only a key, no account connection. Instagram, TikTok and X do not publish equivalent data, which is why no honest tool can analyse those from a link alone.
How to use it
- 1Paste a channel URL or an @handle.
- 2Read the headline figures: subscribers, total views, average views and engagement.
- 3Work through the account health notes, which explain what each number means.
- 4Compare the best and weakest recent uploads to see what the difference was.
Questions
Does this work for Instagram or TikTok?
No, and no tool can do it honestly from a link alone. Those platforms do not publish account statistics publicly. Tools that claim to are scraping, which breaks constantly and violates the platforms' terms. Connecting an account through official login is the legitimate route.
Do I need to log in?
No. Channel statistics are public, so nothing needs authorising. Paste a link and it works.
Why is the engagement rate lower than on Instagram?
YouTube engagement is measured against views rather than followers, and views are always far higher than the number of people who like or comment. Two to five percent is healthy here.
